Tool to create a simple configuration from a lattice file

On the community meeting it was discussed that it would make it easier to start setting up the configuration if we could have a tool which loads a lattice and from that creates a configuration with the most basic elements, models etc.

Then the users would have something to start with that they can make more advanced over time.

This idea I think is what @simoneliuzzo already has started on. @JeanLucPons said that there are some information that is missing in the lattice file which is needed for it to work and it has already been discussed with the AT developers, but it is not so likely that it is possible to add it there. Instead pyAML needs to define some fields that a user can add to their lattice and if they are available pyAML will use them.

the code is available here: https://github.com/python-accelerator-middle-layer/configuration-generator

it does not need AT developments for its intended use.

If we want to bring it forward to a full configuration-generator (presently it is intended only to produce a demo, start up configuration) then we need the user to provide many more informations.
