[Backport wrynose] linux-qcom-next: update to tag qcom-next-7.3-rc4-20261014 - #3366

The sa8775p-ride and sa8775p-ride-r3 device trees have been removed from both upstream Linux and qcom-next as part of the SA8775P device tree cleanup. Remove the deprecated DTBs from the qcom-armv8a KERNEL_DEVICETREE list to align machine configuration with the device trees available in current kernel branches. This keeps DTB selection consistent across supported kernels and avoids references to obsolete DT descriptions. The qcom-next kernel no longer carries the sa8775p-ride.dts and sa8775p-ride-r3.dts sources after the upstream cleanup, so builds should not use the corresponding DTBs for the QCS9100 RIDE SX machine.
