tests: fix Ubuntu graphics and package recovery

Improve Ubuntu handling across graphics, audio, and FastRPC tests while preserving Debian, CentOS, and Yocto behavior.

Changes

• Default Ubuntu Desktop graphics tests to the Qualcomm overlay stack.
• Skip KMSCube and Weston graphics tests on headless Ubuntu Server.
• Add explicit base, overlay, and auto graphics modes.
• Bound KMSCube execution with a configurable timeout and restore display state.
• Recover curl and wget for Ubuntu audio asset downloads when absent.
• Skip Ubuntu AudioReach overlay requests because AudioReach is not enabled for Ubuntu.
• Keep Ubuntu Server and Desktop base-audio validation available without --overlay.
• Correct Debian AudioReach package names and refresh incomplete APT overlay metadata.
• Recover mapped FastRPC test packages on supported host distributions.
