Add initial UFS partition layout along with the corresponding contents.xml template for Hawi MTP. Also, update the check-missing-files to recognize dcp.bin, an additional firmware artifact used by this board. Signed-off-by: Kavinaya S <kavinaya@qti.qualcomm.com>
