Compare committed changes when checking scope.
The executor must commit before reporting (Line 30). In a clean worktree, git diff --stat is then empty and does not show the changes under review. The scope check can miss out-of-scope files. Capture the worktree’s starting commit and compare changed paths through HEAD with the plan’s in-scope list, for example with git diff --name-only <base-sha>..HEAD.

Keep the index-update exception in the done criteria.
Lines 23–25 tell a reviewer-dispatched executor not to update plans/README.md when the reviewer maintains the index. The “ALL must hold” checklist still requires that update. An executor in this mode cannot complete the plan while following both instructions. Make this criterion conditional on the same exception.

Use the selected directory for the plan index. When plans/ has an unrelated purpose, Line 18 selects advisor-plans/. Both index instructions still target plans/README.md, so they can modify an unrelated file and leave the advisor plans without an index.
.claude/skills/improve/SKILL.md#L105-L105: write the final index under the selected directory..claude/skills/improve/SKILL.md#L78-L78: record the non-interactive default in that same index.

🚀 Performance & Scalability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Skip the reload when the same image set is already loading.
The guard at Line 289 returns early only after strip is set. Both bindings call setOptions right after mount with the same images:
registry/ring-tower/ring-tower.tsxdoes this in its seconduseEffect.registry/ring-tower/ring-tower.sveltedoes this in its$effect.
At that moment the first Promise.allSettled batch is still pending, so strip is null. The guard fails, loadToken increments, and every URL loads a second time. The first batch is then discarded. The same thing happens on any option change, such as speed, before the first load finishes.
Track the pending key separately from the completed key.
