- If a file is present in English but missing in a translated version, it's copied over and the nav.adoc is updated, if needed.
- A file is only copied if the :page-languages: attribute in the English file includes the target language.
- If a file is present in a translated version but missing in English, it's removed and the nav.adoc is updated.
