Update the package name displayed in the 25 component demo pages from
@rdlabo/ionic-theme-ios26to@rdlabo/ionic-theme-ios27.This isolates the visible text change from #144. No stylesheet imports or theme behavior change here. Screenshot baselines need to be reviewed and updated in the CI environment before merging; this PR is a draft until that visual validation is complete.
