Summary

Updates central package versions to newer compatible releases for the solution, including Avalonia, ReactiveUI, MAUI, TUnit, Verify.TUnit, and SQLitePCLRaw. Avalonia projects retain the ReactiveUI and Primitives versions required by the latest available Avalonia adapters; Microsoft.Build packages are selected by target framework.

Also fixes the WinUI ReactiveUI builder namespace for the reactive shim build and addresses analyzer findings in the WPF example.

Validation

The full Release build with warnings treated as errors did not complete during this session. TUnit coverage has not been rerun; the previously recorded baseline was 96.88% line coverage.

Align Avalonia consumers with adapter-supported ReactiveUI versions and fix build analyzer issues.

Updated ReactiveUI.Avalonia and ReactiveUI.Avalonia.Reactive package versions from 12.1.2 to 12.1.5.
Bump the ReactiveUI and related package versions, remove the obsolete Verify.TUnit dependency, and modernize WinForms/WPF bootstrapping to register the platform modules and initialize the hosted UI scheduler through IWinFormsService. This also updates the Avalonia example to the newer ReactiveUI property binding syntax and adds coverage for the hosted WinForms scheduler binding.
