The
releasejob failed with MSB4126 because the shared build action’s restore command passed an empty configuration to MSBuild.configuration: Release, but its shell command read the unset uppercaseCONFIGURATIONvariable.CONFIGURATIONon the release workflow’s Build step so the restore and build commands receiveRelease.
