Overview
Adds content/develop/tools/insight/release-notes/v.3.6.0.md, publishing Redis Insight 3.6.0 (June 2026) GA notes in the same Hugo front matter and section layout as prior Insight release pages (Headlines, Details, Bug fixes, changelog link, SHA-512 table).

The new page documents product changes for readers (Vector Sets, Dev vs Production guardrails, Geodata Workbench, Browser copy/download, build SHA in Settings, Workbench custom-tutorial deprecation, and scrollbar fixes #5835/#5847). SHA-512 checksum cells are left empty until release artifacts exist, as noted in the PR description.
