Updates the RC API OpenAPI reference so
operationIdvalues are reassigned on the Data Integration workspace proxy routes (/v1/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/data-integration-workspaceand the/**variant) for GET, PUT, POST, DELETE, and PATCH.Summaries, parameters, and paths are unchanged; only the generated operation identifiers differ (e.g. GET on
/**becomesproxyDataIntegrationWorkspaceinstead ofproxyDataIntegrationWorkspace_4).
