Header: replace the "AI agent builder" button with "Redis Iris", linking to the Iris landing page (desktop and mobile menus).

Overview
Introduces a Redis Iris docs experience for pages under develop/ai/context-engine and operate/iris, detected via a new is-iris-page.html partial.

Navigation and discovery: The site header (desktop and mobile) now promotes Redis Iris and links to the context-engine landing instead of AI agent builder. On Iris pages, the sidebar switches to an Iris-only tree with GET STARTED (develop) and DEPLOY & OPERATE (operate), plus a link back to all documentation; category badges are hidden on those operate layouts. The home page bottom-left tile now points at AI agent builder instead of JSON.

Dark theme: Iris pages load iris-dark.css and add an iris-dark body class, restyling main content, sidebar, prose, demos (.rcr / .iris), context-map widgets, and related UI while leaving header, footer, and search unchanged.

Content IA: Service section weights are reordered (Agent Memory, Context Retriever, LangCache). The Iris interactive demo page gets weight 10 and an alias from the old interactive-demo URL. Mermaid SVG exports drop baked-in white backgrounds so CSS can invert diagrams on dark pages.

Looks good. One thing to note: the diagram on the main Concepts page has a white background but the interactive request flow diagram has a black background now. I don't know if it's important to have consistency with this or not but I thought I'd mention it.

thanks @paoloredis and @andy-stark-redis I will work on this more and see how far I get with the dark theme before I abandon it.

Dark theme (static/css/iris-dark.css): - Callouts (note, tip, info, warning shortcodes and > [!NOTE] blockquotes) had a light gray background under light text; give them a dark surface. - List markers: index.css colors ::marker directly, so the prose variables never reached bullets and step numbers. - Multitabs, the active "On this page" entry, and sidebar child-link hover were hard-coded to light backgrounds or dark ink. - Tile card icons and concept diagrams are dark-on-light art; invert them and rotate the hue back so red accents stay red. The diagram rule skips iris-diagram/, the interactive demo's own artwork. - Round the corners of screenshots, matching the rounded-lg some pages set. - Service demos: swap the shared .rcr tokens and cover their hard-coded whites and syntax colors. The overview demo is .rcr too, so its pastel highlight chips and reply parts keep dark text. - Download dialog and feedback textarea kept light native backgrounds; set color-scheme: dark and give both dark surfaces. The "Copied!" tooltip keeps its light bubble and gets its dark text back. Nav and layouts: - Offline bundles: wrap the back link and each Iris nav group in list items so prune_sidebar drops the half that is not in the bundle. The halves ship in different bundles, so data-offline-hide cannot mark either one. - Operate layouts skip the category badge on Iris pages; frontmatter categories are unchanged. - On this page links and the meta links (Edit this page, Create an issue) kept the colors index.css compiles in, #5C707A and #4C4C4C, which sit at about 3.5:1 and 2:1 on the dark background. Use the theme's muted gray, and darken the bright TOC track bar to the border color. - Rate this page: an empty star is a white fill with a gray outline, so on a dark page every star looked filled and selected stars looked dimmer. Looking really good. A couple of nits: first, the following diagrams don't match the others:

The context-map on context-engine/concepts/request-flow/_index.md and the cards it reveals when elements are selected;
images/rc/langcache-process.png;

In both cases, the diagram has bright white tiles.

Finally, the RC screenshots should probably be re-done in dark mode; the contrast is fairly jarring.

- Request flow: give the context-map diagram (nodes, edges, edge labels, scenario buttons, description panel) dark styles, and darken the grey end of the node border gradient that context-map.js sets as a stop-color. - Concept diagrams: remove the white background baked into the five Mermaid SVG exports, so after the dark theme's invert filter they sit on the page instead of on a black panel. They are used only on Iris pages. - Screenshots of the light console: dim to 90% brightness and add a border in the theme's border color; small button crops (36px, 150px) skip the border. The header button that used to open the AI agent builder now opens Redis Iris, so the builder gets a home page entry point instead: the JSON card in the Redis for AI and search grid now links to /develop/ai/agent-builder/, with an outline sparkle icon echoing the old header button.
