Three tabs, one query type each, on the food delivery sample data's
restaurants (JSON under restaurant:{id}, plus a description to search):
- Vector query: pick a phrase and how many results to return, with
optional Tag and Num filters.
- Filter query: the same filters with no vector, sorted by rating.
- Range query: every restaurant within a distance threshold.
Each query shows its RedisVL code, the FT.SEARCH command RedisVL sends,
and the schema with the fields it uses highlighted. Selecting a result,
or a key in the Data tab, shows the document stored in Redis.
The distances are what Redis returned for all-mpnet-base-v2 embeddings,
and the code and commands are what RedisVL 0.27.1 builds (0.27.2 builds
the same). The page sits at the top of the RedisVL section, which the
docs sync leaves alone and doesn't copy into version snapshots.

Each input event re-rendered the whole tab, replacing the slider under the pointer, so a drag moved one step and stopped. The slider now stays in place, and only its label, the results, and the code are redrawn. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

A Seattle restaurant filtered by city read "filtered out: city austin", as if it were in Austin. It now reads "not in Austin", which describes the failing condition like the numeric filters do. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Overview
Adds a browser-only RedisVL queries interactive demo to the RedisVL docs via a new
interactive-demo.mdpage and a{{< redisvl-demo >}}Hugo shortcode.The widget reuses Context Retriever demo styling (
context-retriever-demo.css) and addsredisvl-demo.cssplus ~400 lines of vanilla JS. Users step through three tabs—vector (VectorQuery+ optional Tag/Num filters), filter (FilterQuery, rating sort), and range (VectorRangeQuerywith a distance slider)—on shared food-delivery restaurant sample data. For each choice it shows live-updating RedisVL Python, theFT.SEARCHcommand RedisVL 0.27.1 would emit, results with hit/filter/miss explanations, and subtabs for schema (highlighted fields) and stored JSON documents. Distances and ordering are pre-recorded from Redis (all-mpnet-base-v2); nothing calls Redis or an embedder at runtime. The shortcode cache-busts static assets with MD5 query params and guards against double-initialization if included twice.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit bd617ca.
