Drop the 'Upload coverage to Codecov' step as part of decommissioning Codecov across the org. Coverage is still generated by the test step; only the external upload is removed.

Part of decommissioning Codecov across the org.
Removes the
Upload coverage to Codecovstep fromci.yaml. Coverage is still generated by the existinggo test -coverprofilestep — only the external upload to Codecov is removed, so CI keeps running tests with coverage as before.This also retires the use of
secrets.CODECOV_TOKENin this repo (the secret can be deleted separately).No functional impact on build/test.
