Reintroduce SCP downloading of input data and update tutorials

Purpose of this PR

I reintroduced a feature to download input data from the cluster automatically via SCP. This was originally deleted in #1810. I did not keep the automatic configuring to prevent accidental use.

I also edited the related docs and updated references to rs2.
