Summary
Adds Simplified Chinese (简体中文) localization and Chinese trigger phrases in the harness meta-skill, matching existing KO/JA coverage.
Motivation
Addresses #28 (language support). Complements open PRs #22/#23 with maintainer-ready docs + triggers in one branch.
