- implement a ProgressSpinner class to display progress during CURL operations;
- display spinning animation for indeterminate transfers and percentage progress;
- integrate progress callback into OllamaClient::curl_request();
- add trim_response() method to clean whitespace from JSON responses;
- improve console output with Unicode indicators (✅, 🦙, 🛈) for readability;
- refactor variable names in main.cpp for clarity (model_arg → model, etc.);
- update CMakeLists.txt to include progress_spinner.cpp;
- provide visual feedback during potentially long-running HTTP requests.
