Supersedes the implementation proposed in #982 with a simplified, validation-driven DR workflow.
This rewrite retains the core OADP + S3 CRR + EFS replication design, while moving repetitive setup/recovery logic into helper scripts and reducing the article scope.
It incorporates findings from the end-to-end validation performed during #982, including:
Hot-to-cold Multi-AZ validation remains in progress.
