Rebuild all 15 Node/JDK combinations on the published Node security update and force pulling the current base manifest. Remove the unused Sonar Scanner bundled JRE in its installation layer so scanner 4.8/6.2 uses the inherited JDK, including the CVE-2026-91403 certificate-blocklist mitigation. Existing tool versions and latest selection are preserved.

Upstream publication is complete: JDK #15, Maven #3, and Node #4. All 15 Node detailed tags were checked in GHCR for both architectures, current JDK patch metadata, and exact Maven base-layer inheritance before the full web-tools rerun.

Validation: full PR build, attempt 2 exercises all 15 images on linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. Sonar archive and launcher controls confirm the inherited-JDK path without the bundled JRE. Java 8/11 Sonar 4.8 retains its existing arm64 installation skip. Workflow syntax, shell syntax, and diff checks passed.
