Small pybind11/CMake C extension for lossless audio compression (Kaldi/lhotse ecosystem). Build-from-checkout shape: CMakeLists.txt FetchContent-pulls pybind11 at build time, no patches needed. cp314t is dropped from the matrix since the vendored pybind11 2.12.0 predates free-threaded CPython support and upstream itself ships no cp314t wheel for lilcom on any platform.
