Compiles Equinor's SEG-Y seismic I/O C library and its Python scikit-build-core/CMake binding. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors upstream's wheels.yaml.

Differs from upstream

  • Stages License.md as python/LICENSE before the build - upstream's own wheel ships no licence file, since it lives outside package-dir and scikit-build-core's default glob never sees it there.

Testing

  • same as upstream (test-sources/test-command come from python/pyproject.toml, unmodified)

License: OK. LGPL-3.0-or-later; the C library is self-contained, nothing else is vendored into the wheel.
