+Subject: [PATCH] rename License to LICENSE so setuptools and MANIFEST.in pick
+ it up

+setuptools' default license_files glob is LICEN[CS]E* and MANIFEST.in
+has `include LICENSE`, both case-sensitive. The repo's actual file is
+named "License" (mixed case), so neither matches on the case-sensitive
+filesystem the sdist/wheel are built on -- verified against the real
+pyodps-0.13.1-cp312-cp312-manylinux_2_17_x86_64.manylinux2014_x86_64.whl
+from PyPI, whose dist-info carries no license file at all despite the
+package declaring itself Apache-2.0 licensed.
+
+Renaming to LICENSE (case matching, content unchanged) makes both
+mechanisms pick it up with no setup.py/pyproject.toml change.
+
