Completes the release plan's P2.3: the 3.3 line is past OSS support end and adopters of Kview inherit it. Lifts Spring Framework to 6.2.x, Spring Security to 6.5.x, spring-kafka to 3.3.x, micrometer to 1.15.x and kafka-clients to 3.9.2. Code change: KafkaProperties.build*Properties() lost their no-arg forms, so KafkaClusterManager now takes an SslBundles and passes it to the builders (the bundle registry is auto-configured by Boot). Verified by the full suite: 58/58 green on 3.5.16 with zero test changes — every @SpringBootTest context boots the upgraded stack, and the embedded Kafka integration tests run against the lifted kafka-clients.

Completes P2.3 of the project's own release plan: "Spring Boot 3.3.4 is past OSS support end — bump to the latest 3.5.x patch before or right after v1." Adopters depending on Kview inherit the runtime, so this moves the whole stack off the EOL 3.3 line. Stacked on #6 — merge #1 → #2 → #3 → #4 → #5 → #6 → this.
What changes
