Summary
Require caller credentials across the Durable Streams facade and verify trusted signed actor wakes. This is the tip of the Durable Streams stack, above caller-auth documentation #20.
The secured local Engine and Durable Streams run passed webhook and JWT checks, crash/restart recovery, and a named RivetKit actor delivery.
