Rivulet is a constructed reference organization for experienced practitioners who want to build a shared operating system for a small data, AI, engineering, research, or consulting team. Its companion repositories model two things that must work together:
- Rivulet operating wiki: the organization-facing reference used by employees and agents.
- Rivulet agent lab: small, tested utilities for task contracts, approval gates, handoffs, and evaluation fixtures.
This repository is deliberately different. It explains why the reference is shaped as it is, preserves its constructed narrative, and helps a real team adapt the structure without copying another organization's facts, account routes, private configuration, or operating assumptions.

The operating wiki should feel ordinary to the people using it. Its constructed provenance belongs here, not in every project, system, incident, or handoff page.
