The hackathon project now belongs to NDDev OpenNetwork. Publish its current identity and setup, restore reproducible local checks where needed, and route CI to hosted runners through pinned workflows. Preserve contributor and event history.
Validation: 40 portable artifact tests passed, 3 skipped; installed-host tests were excluded because this workstation has a different pinned toolchain. Shared Devin pin synchronized. No workstation setup was run. All workflow files passed actionlint; current-ref history secret scan passed with only exact reviewed historical fixture fingerprints where required.
