feat: update all plugins to the v6 beta ecosystem

Moves RoadRunner to the v6 beta plugin ecosystem.

• All plugins bumped to their latest v6 betas (root and tests/ modules); api/v4 -> api-go/v6 + api-plugins/v6, goridge/v3 -> goridge/v4, pool -> pool/v2.
• New nsq jobs driver.
• tcp plugin removed (code, config, schema, docs).
• temporal bumped to v6.0.0-beta.1 (feat: migrate to the RoadRunner v6 plugin ecosystem temporalio/roadrunner-temporal#809).
• Test mock logger reimplemented on log/slog (v6 plugins log via slog).
