fix: remove remaining 12+ years figure and monthly review claim

What and why

Follow-up to #115. It removes the last "12+ years" figures and the "reviewed monthly" claim, so the whole site uses one years figure and makes no claim that can't be shown.

Copy: /services (src/content/site.js)

• Credibility line: "20+ years in regulated industries" (was "12+ years of system implementation")
• Intro: "Since 2012 I've implemented systems where mistakes are expensive…" (was "For 12+ years…")

Meta: home

• Description, OG and Twitter descriptions (index.html, site.js seo.home): "Technical project manager with 20+ years in MedTech, pharma and logistics. 20+ system projects from discovery to adoption. Hamburg / Remote (EU)."

Copy: /ai

• "How this guide is maintained" no longer starts with "Reviewed monthly against what I actually run." The eyebrow "Last reviewed 30 Sep 2026" stays, because it is a specific date that can be checked

How to test

1. Open the Vercel preview from the checks below
2. /services: the credibility line under the hero and the "I'm Roman. Since 2012…" intro
3. /ai: scroll to "How this guide is maintained". It starts with "Status labels are literal:"
4. View the source of /: the description, og:description and twitter:description meta tags use the new text

Core loop: home → Work → a proof link → Contact (email copy, CV download) still works.

Not tested: nothing was opened in a browser, and mobile has not been checked. Link previews (LinkedIn, Slack) cache old descriptions, so they may show the old text until they refresh.

Quality gates

• Mobile checked (iOS Safari or Android Chrome, or a 375px viewport)
• No console errors in the preview
• Accessibility kept: landmarks, aria-label on icon-only controls, focus rings, prefers-reduced-motion
• No new npm dependency, or the reason is given in Notes
• Lucide icons use named imports and are registered in the component's ICONS map (no icon changes)
• Redirects in vercel.json checked if a route was added, moved or removed (no route changes)

Docs

• CHANGELOG.md updated under [Unreleased]
• docs/ / CLAUDE.md updated if architecture, routing or scope changed (copy only)

Notes for review

• The /ai matrix still uses a bare "—" as the placeholder in empty cells. It was left as is because it is a placeholder, not prose.
• MarketPages.jsx, AboutPage.jsx and About.jsx still contain "12+ years", but nothing imports them. src/locales/en.js also has it and is bundled into the OR integration page, but that page renders only site.orProof, which has no years figure, so it is not visible.
