Updated the Renovate config to security-only dependency updates.

Instead of creating PRs for all dependency updates, Renovate will now only open PRs when a dependency has a known vulnerability (via OSV vulnerability alerts). This eliminates routine version-bump noise and focuses on security-relevant updates only.

Config:

  • osvVulnerabilityAlerts: true — enables OSV-based vulnerability detection
  • packageRules: [{ enabled: false, matchPackageNames: ["*"] }] — disables all regular updates
  • vulnerabilityAlerts: { enabled: true } — vulnerability alerts override the disable rule and still create PRs

This follows Renovate's official security:only-security-updates preset pattern.
