Update Copernicus template to version 7.16

This updates to the latest version of the template. @nuest you may want (or not) update your e-mail address in the template.

• Update Rd and namespace (could be done by devtools::document()).

• Update NEWS.

@cderv Thanks a lot! Just for my limited understanding: You had first merged main into the branch and then merged again into main, but I had forked the last version of main?

Oh no I did more than that. I fixed all issues I had with main, and then merged main into your PR branch, and it took two merge to get it right. Then with main branch being fixed, this PR went green in CI

Nothing on your side, I was let in updating main. I'll prepare a release, and this time I hope this will pass CRAN - rticles is getting heavier and it was a problem last time.
