What changed

Adds Java versions of bubble, selection, and insertion sort for the sorting code tabs. The Big-O code panel only shows languages with examples. Closes #18.

How I checked it

• npm run lint
• npm test (112 tests passed)
• npm run build
• Compiled and ran each Java snippet on unsorted and duplicate-value inputs
• Checked the tabs at 320 px in light and dark themes
• No explanation text changed

Thanks @PandaHUN777! Merged. Java now shows on all three sorting pages, and filtering the Big-O panel to languages with full coverage avoids an empty tab. On current main: lint clean, 112/112 tests.
