Release the event-display realtime + Ukrainian fixes merged to DEV since 1.41.6: - #2944 restore polling→upgrade socket.io transport so live/kiosk displays update in real time again (were frozen until manual browser refresh) - #2942 correct Ukrainian number words on the event display (was Russian) Bumps .deploy/mta.yaml 1.41.6 → 1.41.7 (the version in `cf mtas` and the mtar filename) and refreshes hugo/data/whats_new.json with the merged-PR digest for this window. mta-mcp.yaml is intentionally not bumped (decoupled since 1.41.5; no MCP MTA changes in this release).
