Publish delegation request/result contracts, lifecycle record types, bounded limits and canonical codec/digest helpers. Add durable reservations, exact child bindings, request receipts and release history in preparation for tool activation. Retain unfinished private cleanup proof until cleanup completes, clear completed spawn claims on lifecycle transitions, and use locale-independent release-key ordering for durable replay.
