Client retry example

Hello, thank you for this GitHub repo, it is extremely useful! It would be great if you could add an example of client-side retries. Using [the standard mechanism](https://github.com/grpc/proposal/blob/master/A6-client-retries.md), or by writing a new `ClientInterceptor`.
