New Dependency: hyalite for CR4

In the CellRanger4 path for solo, STAR uses opal for it's alignments
There is no opal in rust. So I wrote hyalite as a replacement/upgrade.

I think this is a pretty obvious "yes", but as per CONTRIBUTING.md, making the issue to get it approved.
