chore: release 0.18.5

Patch release cutting everything merged since v0.18.4.

Features

• Add Cursor and Kiro standalone CLI tabs with session resume.
• Add Resource Manager for Lens pages, execution stop/resume, and inactive worktree cleanup.
• Add Auto model routing with inspectable live routes, and fold advisor, worker, and child-task activity into shared exchange rows.
• Route Auto Advisor from prompt signals and accept bounded structured consult evidence.
• Refresh installed ADS tokens, cascade layers, the xstyle channel, and theming targets.
• Collapse run history, show dispatched effort next to the run model, and state that shared instructions apply to every task.

Bug Fixes

• Reveal Information panel row actions on hover.
• Open a pane tab for tasks created through stave_run_task.
• Align delegate-form selects and add an effort control with a one-line send summary.

Breaking Changes

• StyleX compositions must reach ADS through xstyle, not className. Overlay surface moved to recipes/overlay-surface. Badge styles moved to recipes/status-chip.
