Haldir validates signed local intent and independently prepares a newly authorized command with a signed decision receipt. CREBAIN owns body state and makes the final software actuator-admission decision under the current session and bounded lease. |
PERCEIVE & RECONSTRUCT Manwe develops vision, audio, multicamera and tracking candidates. Galadriel observes cross-sensor statistical consistency and can contribute deny-only assessment. Melkor provides deterministic 3DGS conversion across PLY, SPZ and glTF, surfacing field provenance and numeric hazards; its current release candidate is source-only, with no production binary. The cobot and relief atlases are data inputs, never control paths. |
