docs: explain object storage key model

• Add a fundamentals article explaining that object storage is organized by bucket + key, not real directories.
• Cover prefix/delimiter behavior, placeholder folder objects, rename/delete implications, key design tradeoffs, indexing needs, and common misconceptions.
