The custom prompt was finishing in a few seconds with "No issues found". Switch to the built-in high-effort review, full git history, write permissions, and an assertion that the review actually did work. Co-authored-by: Le He <Annatar.He+github@gmail.com>

The Claude review workflow was finishing in a few seconds and posting “No issues found.” This switches
.github/workflows/claude-code-review.ymlto the built-in high-effort/code-reviewflow. Only that file changed. The runner staysubuntu-latest.This PR’s own review run may be skipped, because the workflow file differs from the default branch. That is expected.
What changed
/code-review high <PR#> --comment(the built-in command, not thecode-review@claude-code-pluginsplugin).actions/checkoutis now v7 withfetch-depth: 0, so the review can diff, log, and blame against the base branch.pull-requestsandissuesarewrite. Addedchecks: read, statuses: read, andactions: read, plusadditional_permissions: actions: read.claude_argsallowsBash(gh:*),Bash(git:*), andmcp__github_inline_comment__create_inline_comment.show_full_output: true, so a run that stops early still leaves a reason in the job log. The comment notes that this repository is public and those logs are visible with the run.claude-review-<PR#>withcancel-in-progress: true, so a new push replaces a review of a stale diff.ready_for_reviewandreopened.CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_BACKGROUND_TASKSwas not in this workflow, so nothing was removed.Need help on this PR?
