Add hedra-spokesperson-ad example

Adds an example that builds a spokesperson ad from a portrait and a voice recording.

Hedra animates the portrait to the voice. The script renders the character full frame, cuts away to the stills listed in broll.csv at the given times, adds captions from the character's speech, and closes on an end card that starts when the character finishes.

• Zero dependencies, Node 20, .env.example with empty values
• README follows STANDARDS.md
• Re-runs are resumable through output/manifest.json
• Template passes shotstack validate
• Rendered end to end on the sandbox, with a stock talking-head video in place of the Hedra output
