Worker apps now appear alongside artifacts and scripts in the library sidebar, sharing folders, search, filters, and the detail pane while retaining their deployment controls.
A single + menu beside Artifacts provides New artifact, New script, New Worker app, and Import project. Artifact creation uses the existing editor with draft preservation and collision-safe saves. Removes the separate header and footer creation controls and the sidebar explanation.
