• publish a six-second upper-body humanoid movement proof on GitHub Pages
• add byte-level provenance and a scoped license review
• explicitly withhold unresolved cargo-pants geometry and viseme footage

Boundaries

This is evidence for browser-rendered upper-body skeletal movement only. It is not evidence for production animation, cloth behavior, speech/viseme synchronization, Quest readiness, clinical validity, or exam equivalence.

One existing test fixture, check-github-pages-site.test.ts, currently fails because its negative test tries to replace a link no longer present in the refreshed page; the actual Pages validator passes.
