Ignoring scrolled also drops screen size #126

What

data-ignore-metrics="scrolled" (or ignoreMetrics: "scrolled" in sa_settings) also stops the script from collecting the screen size.

• Expected: ignoring scrolled only drops the scroll percentage.
• Current: ignoring scrolled drops scrolled, screen_width and screen_height.

Why

Sites that only want to skip scroll tracking silently lose screen size data in their dashboard.
