Migrate deployment workflows to software-factory pipeline

Description

• Switch both deploy workflows from ad-build-test/build-system-playbooks to slaclab/software-factory
• Remove the find-rpm job from prod deploy, the new pipeline auto-discovers RPM assets from GitHub Releases
• Add dry_run input to prod deploy for safe testing
• Add component_name and secrets: inherit required by the new pipeline
