• Version bump to 0.9.1 across the four version-bearing manifests (package.json,
  .claude-plugin/plugin.json, .claude-plugin/marketplace.json, plugin.yaml), pinned against
  each other by test/manifest-version.test.js.
• Patch rather than minor: nothing the CLI dispatches changed. What shipped since 0.9.0 is
  audit and help becoming reachable from the Hermes /euthyna command (they were always
  dispatched; the surface refused them), the report header no longer printing
  euthyna euthyna-audit, a package.json description that names all three producers and the
  gates, and the release-workflow/docs fixes.
• The test/ row in AGENTS.md is updated to the count this commit actually ships.

Verification

• node --test on this branch: 326 tests, 325 pass, 0 fail, 1 skip.
• main (8711b66) CI run 39542169166 green, and the non-publishing rehearsal
  gh workflow run publish.yml --ref main -f publish=false → run 39542467586: preflight and
  publish green with The tag must name the version being shipped, Publish (rehearsal, nothing is uploaded), Publish and Create the GitHub release all reported skipped, and the clawhub
  job skipped on a non-tag event. That rehearsal is also the first CI execution of the publish.yml
  changed in fix(workflows): a duplicate refusal must not skip the other skill edition #44, so the file parses with the new loop.
• A repo-wide grep for the old four-command Hermes enumeration now matches nothing.

After merge

The v0.9.1 tag follows, which is what publishes: the workflow runs the suite, publishes through
trusted publishing with a provenance attestation, cuts the GitHub release from the template, and
pushes both skill editions to ClawHub.
