`bash -c "<cmd>"` from quoted data. Workaround: pass bodies with

**2026-10-05 update:**

- **Standards warnings in the digest are filtered** (`dev-env#186`). The
first real digests (10-03, 10-04) rendered cleanly under the App token,
but 159 of 160 rows were routine notices. The section now drops the
"no Markdown/shell/YAML files" and "no workflows" notices (notice level
only; a warning with the same text stays), shows a notice repeated across
repos once with a count, and adds each run's date. A run older than the
commit `standards-check-v1` points at is flagged "predates current rules".
This caught a false OK: `kebab-tax`'s latest run is from 09-19, before the
`.claude/` rule, so it showed no `.claude/` warning. The flag compares
against the tag commit's date, not the date the tag moved. Not yet seen in
a scheduled run.
- **Homebrew 7.0 support.** `dotfiles#399` adds a `brew vulns` check (with
`--fix-available`, so only findings an upgrade fixes alert; without it,
this Mac alerted nightly on four HIGH findings with no released fix), a
`brew doctor` step, and the auto-update cask opt-out. `homebrew-tap#28`
installs the cask for real in CI instead of a dry run, after `brew update`
and a step that fails below Homebrew 7: the runner image ships 6.0.22.
TILSIT and MIMOLETTE need a dotfiles pull to pick up #399.
- **Grouped Dependabot update merged** (`claude-code-workflows-agents#27`).
- **npm-audit baselines refreshed** (both merged 2026-10-05):
- `nightowlstudiollc/amelia-boone#95`: 35 advisories to 11. A
lockfile-only `pnpm update` cleared all 24 new ones; the 11 left are the
already-accepted astro/esbuild set, blocked on the astro 5→7 major. The
lockfile diff exceeded the commit hook's size cap, so it went in as a
lockfile-only commit plus a markdown-only commit, the path the hook
exempts by design (claude-config#427); the pre-push full-diff review
covered the whole branch.
- `smartwatermelon/projectinsomnia#189`: 14 advisories to 12, all inside
the baseline. Two in-range lockfile bumps; `braces` and `node-forge`
(no patched release, build-time only) are baselined with a 2026-11-05
review date.

**Kanban tracker: GitHub Issues + a Project board in `smartwatermelon/dev-env`**,
using the org's `Priority`/`Target date`/`Effort` issue fields. Board columns
still need one-time setup (see dev-env issue tracker); this file stays the
