AGENTS.md was a copy of CLAUDE.md for a tool this repo does not use. This copy has no broken paths, but nothing reads it, and a second copy of CLAUDE.md will drift. Stop tracking it and ignore it in .gitignore, per smartwatermelon/dev-env#155. Advances smartwatermelon/dev-env#155
