PR-0C: draft hidden-semantics semi-manual lab

Summary

• Add tests/hidden-semantics-lab/run-pr0c.mjs, a semi-manual setup/reset runner for the Phase-2 PR-0C hidden-semantics rung.
• Add tests/hidden-semantics-lab/NOTEBOOK.md with the exact connected-player observation checklist, expected safe results, and result template.
• Add a static test that verifies the runner prepares a real held destination plus visible control, emits the manual checklist, and has reset/zero-leftover checks.

Boundary

• This PR only drafts the runnable semi-manual instrument.
• I did not run the live setup, per instruction. A future connected-client session must run the script and append human observations before this becomes evidence.
• No production Lua/TypeScript path changes.

Verification

• node --test tests/hidden-semantics-lab/run-pr0c.test.mjs — 4/4 pass.
• git diff --cached --check before commit — no whitespace errors.

Expected Manual Use

1. Connect a human Factorio client to the target instance.
2. Run node tests/hidden-semantics-lab/run-pr0c.mjs from the repo root.
3. Follow the notebook checklist against the visible-control and held-destination platform names printed by the runner.
4. Run node tests/hidden-semantics-lab/run-pr0c.mjs --reset and record cleanup sanity.
