Add a new top-level Administration navigation group covering 13 portal administration pages: accounts, workspaces, members, domain verification, SSO, projects, API keys, management tokens, usage, plans, billing, regions, and security & compliance. - New docs/administration/ section with a nested Workspaces sub-group - Registered between Deployments and Developer Resources in sidebars.ts - Internal links use site-relative paths; production build passes broken-link validation Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Administration is a navigation-group label only (no landing page), placed between Deployments and Developer Resources:
All 13 pages live flat in
docs/administration/(URLs/administration/<page>); the Workspaces grouping is expressed insidebar.tsonly and does not change URLs.Notes for reviewers
