Original photos stay in Photos/ and src/seed/images/; reviewed GPT Image masters are in assets/photos-restored/. The source list, alt text and focal points live in scripts/photos.json.

The import requires Blob storage, retains old media and backs up affected CMS data under the ignored .backups/ directory. It refuses to overwrite unpublished edits on the target pages. Redeploy after importing to refresh Next.js caches. Run the import after a fresh development seed too; do not re-seed an existing database to change its photos. Details: docs/photos.md.
Vercel project spitzli/stall-eichenbruch, auto-deploys from GitHub main (production) and PR branches (preview). Env: POSTGRES_URL (Neon integration), BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN (Blob store stall-eichenbruch-media), PAYLOAD_SECRET, PREVIEW_SECRET, CRON_SECRET. SITE_URL is the canonical site URL (https://www.stall-eichenbruch.de in production); previews fall back to VERCEL_PROJECT_PRODUCTION_URL. Pull env locally with bunx vercel env pull.
Schema changes: Payload pushes the schema in dev only. Run bun run dev (or the seed) against the database once before deploying a change to collections/globals, or add migrations.
The contact form comes from the form-builder plugin: submissions are stored under «Form Submissions» in the admin and, when the form has an entry under «Emails», sent by mail. A recipient left empty resolves to the e-mail address in the site-info global (beforeEmail in src/plugins/index.ts). Mail goes out through SMTP (SMTP_HOST, SMTP_PORT, SMTP_USER, SMTP_PASS, EMAIL_FROM); without SMTP_HOST Payload only logs the mail. The same adapter handles admin password resets.
Global «Betrieb» → «Wartungsmodus»: src/proxy.ts answers every page with 503 + Retry-After and the maintenance notice, so search engines keep the index (robots.txt, sitemaps, OG images, admin and API stay untouched). The admin, draft preview and anyone who opened /vorschau?key=<Vorschau-Schlüssel> (30-day cookie) still see the site. Dev and production share the database – toggling it locally toggles it live.

Admin UI is German (i18n fallback de); code, slugs of blocks and field names are English.
Titles/descriptions come from the SEO tab (fallback: hero text), every page gets a generated OG image at /og/<slug>, and the layout emits LocalBusiness JSON-LD from the site-info global. Research notes and the owner's to-do list: docs/seo.md.
Light only. Tokens live in src/app/(frontend)/globals.css: fog background, bog-green text, oak-leaf green for actions, an oak rail on every "plate" (.plate), hay yellow as highlight. Display face Young Serif, body Albert Sans.
